Position Description
We’re searching for an Underwriting Services Coordinator—a motivated individual ready to begin a career in insurance. No prior underwriting experience required—we’ll provide the training and tools you need to succeed.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide timely assistance to agents on coverage, risk eligibility, and pricing
- Support renewals, endorsements, and documentation for underwriters
- Train and guide agents on digital systems and calculators
- Ensure quality customer service for agents, vendors, and policyholders
- Complete administrative updates and correspondence
- Collaborate with underwriting staff and internal departments
Qualifications
- High school diploma (or higher); college coursework is a bonus
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- Professional, dependable, and eager to grow
