Position Details

• Pay: $35,000 – $55,000 DOE
• Bonus: Up to 25% annually
• Benefits: Full package + 5% 401k company match
• Hours: 37.5 per week, Hybrid structure

Position Summary
We’re adding an Underwriting Coordinator to strengthen our customer and agent support. This role will keep underwriting operations running smoothly while offering hands-on exposure to insurance processes.

Duties

• Serve as a point of contact for agents regarding coverage, pricing, and eligibility
• Assist underwriters with renewals, endorsements, and risk assessments
• Help train agents on our ChoiceConnect² platform and digital tools
• Provide consistent, professional service to external partners and policyholders
• Carry out administrative functions including updates, cancellations, and agent notices
• Coordinate information sharing across departments

Skills & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
• Strong math, reading, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Adaptable and willing to learn
