Develop and grow a commercial lines book of business across targeted industries
Prospect, quote, bind, and retain accounts with full internal support
Build long-term client relationships through consultative selling
Collaborate with account management and service teams for seamless client experience
Leverage agency-provided tools, markets, and technology to maximize production
Base salary + commission (negotiable based on experience)
